Payment
Payment can be done either by menas of MobilePay, bank transfer or cash at pickup on the brewery, all prices in the webshop includes Danish VAT and pant, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

We pack and ship all orders from the webshop every thursday, so your packet should arrive in time for the weekend.

All orders from the webshop are sent for pickup at the nearest postoffice or pickup point.

Cancellation

As a consumer, you have 14 days to regret and cancel your purchase.

Your deadline for cancellation expires 14 calendar days after you have received your order or get the last of your order (if shipped in multiple shipments) in your possesion, as long as it’s partial deliveries of a single order.

You shall within 14 days of receiving your order notify us that you wish to cancel your order, this notification can be given by email and in your notification you have to clearly express your wish to use your right to cancel the order, you don’t need to give a reason.

You cannot cancel your order by simply refusing to receive or not pick up your order from the post office.

Return policy

You must return your order to us in a complete, undamaged and unbroken packaging, without any unnessesary delay, no later than 7 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel your order.

You are responsible for shipping fees when returning an order to us and you carry the responsability for your order from receiving the parcel and until it is returned to us, undamaged.

Certain shipments cannot, by their nature, be returned by normal postal mail, this would typically apply to larger orders.

Goods excempt from cancellation

The following product types are excempt from the cancellation privilege:

  1. Product manufactured to the customers specifications or that have been customized to have a signifikant personal apperance (such as custom brews or private label).
  2. Sealed items that according to health or hygene have to remain sealed, where the seal have been broken after delivery.
  3. Delivery of alcoholic beverages, where the price was set at the time the order was placed, but where delivery occurs after 30 days and the actual value of the order have been decreased due to market fluctuations.

You forefeit your right to cancel your order and return it if:

  • You break the seal on sealed items, that are not fit for return if the seal have been broken.

Refund of your payment

If you regret your purchase you will get the full amount refunded, shipping subtracted.
If you regret your purchase and wish to cancel your order, all payments from you relating to the order will be refunded without any unnessesary delay, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we have received the items back.
The refund will normally be carried out using the same method of payment as you used, unless agreed otherwise.

Make sure you have a shipping receipt when returning your order, as we will not refund your payment without having received the items back, unless you can document that the items was shipped and the package must have been lost in shipping.

It is entirely possible  for you to return the order by notifying us as stated above, clearly expressing that you wish to cancel your order and make an agreement with us about you physically delivering the items back.

We will not receive shipments for collection at the post office or COD.
